The Management Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a specialist Contractor who work across the senior living sector including retirement living and care homes.

They are currently looking to appoint an Interim Head of Commercial / Commercial Director for a period of 3 to 6 months which could possibly lead to a permanent position.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

• Be fully responsible for a team of 6 Surveyors and 1 Managing Surveyor

• Ensure due diligence

• Manage rigorous commercial procedures

• Provide leadership within the commercial team

• Have a proven track record of managing commercial teams

• Manage all financial risks and report this to the main board

• Challenge commercial performance

• Have a balanced approach and engage with the current team

• Quickly understand the companies processes and procedures

About you:

• Will have operated at a Commercial Manager / Director / Head of Commercial

• Project experience on schemes from £10m - £30m

• Main Contracting experience ideally within Student Accommodation, Residential Contracting or Senior Living

• Happy to work remotely with easy access to the M25, M40, M3, M4 with one or two days at Head office.
