Location: Northamptonshire/Cambridgeshire flexible

Salary: £90,000-£100,000 before executive benefits

Summary:

Our client is an established and well regarded name offering a variety of logistics consulting, advisory and value added offerings within the Logistics and Supply Chain market place. A highly customer focussed, people orientated organisation with a reputation for quality and integrity. They now wish to appoint a Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage all elements of the company's financials combining operational and strategic leadership and focus
• Key advisor to the CEO and board members on all financial activities and risk impacts
• Provide leadership to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic business plans
• Key role in development of company strategy and business plans
• Ensure robust financial internal controls are in place, systems are compliant and sustainable for future growth
• Ensure statutory and regulatory reporting deadlines are met
• Leadership of a finance team of 10 based in various locations
• Income and expenditure reporting

Key Skills/Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive accounting and financial planning/analysis at Board level
• Strong understanding and experience in investment of cash settings
• Commercially astute, technically strong leader able to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Outstanding analytical and accounting skills
• Excellent leader of people with proven experience at developing and driving high performing teams
• Exceptional communication skills along with strong excel and presentation ability
• Highly organised, methodical with high attention to detail
• Track record of senior business partnering with Executive and Board colleagues.
