IT Incident & Change Manager - Colchester - Permanent

My financial services client based in Colchester is recruiting an IT Incident and Change Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role will include supporting the design and delivery of the Incident Management & Change framework, providing incident and change reports and ensuring ownership of incidents and change requests.

Experience needed;

• IT incident and change management experience
• Exposure to working in an outsourced environment
• ITSM tool experience, ServiceNow is preferable
• ITIL certification

This is a permanent role paying up to GBP60,000 per annum. Remote working is accepted with occasional travel to the office required.
