Senior Finance Manager - Integrations

INTEGRATIONS SENIOR MANAGER

Flexible location across UK with travel to Yorkshire 

Salary to £100,000 plus benefits

We are working with an industry leading software business to recruit a senior manager with an expertise in managing integration projects in the post-acquisition phase.

Based anywhere across the UK, this opportunity will appeal to candidates who have a blend of;

• Strong technical accounting skills
• Project management experience
• Communication, leadership and organisation skills expected at Finance Director level.

With a number of acquisitions currently in the integration phase, and with the business actively looking at more target acquisitions across EMEA, the main duties and responsibilities are;

• Migrating companies from legacy systems and accounting policies into the group
• Supporting stakeholders within group and subsidiaries throughout the process
• Leading on all aspects of the post-acquisition integration protocols

In addition to the criteria above, it would be advantageous if candidates could demonstrate a thorough understanding of working in sectors where revenue recognition is important. Foreign languages would be an added benefit.
