Job Details
Communicate have recently partnered with an AIM-listed Real-Estate/Construction Group on their Group Financial Controller hire. The business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, and have recently invested in a number of new ventures that have increased their market cap.
There is now an opportunity for a solid and all-rounded Group FC or Head of Group Reporting to take ownership of all aspects of group reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, and management accounts – as well as liaise with the Tax and Treasury department.
We will be seeking ACA/ACCA Qualified accountants, with extensive experience within the Real-Estate/Construction/REIT space. Ideally you will be working within a Group Reporting function of a large blue-chip/corporate, or equally in a leaner team at a smaller firm.
This is an incredibly fast moving role for the right candidate, so virtual first stages will be this week and next, followed by a face to face at the back end of next week.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- ACA / ACCA (ideally Big 4) Qualified
- Extensive exposure to the Real Estate/Construction/Manufacturing/REIT space
- Listed business experience
- Proven track record of hitting the ground running
- Operated as a Group FC/Head of Group Reporting
