Job Details

A Director of Product Marketing is required to create and develop products relevant for the market to help increase revenue growth and market share. You will lead the product strategy , playing a key role across the business to ensure products are market leading withing the industry to further enhance company revenue growth.

Description

As Director of Product Marketing, you will:

  • Be responsible for GTM planning and execution of new and existing products
  • Present, communicate and influence the Board on market feedback, expectations and where the products need to be developed, created, priced, etc
  • Have a clear understanding of the competitor landscape, and ensure products are best in class and relevant to the market demands
  • Take a lead across thought leadership initiatives, presenting at events, developing content for social media, etc
  • Work closely with all departments across Sales, Product to ensure the products are right for the market
  • Grow the team as required and coach and develop team members as required
  • Lead the pricing strategy, alongside promotional and packaging material

Profile

As Director of Product Marketing, you will:

  • Have a successful track record in a similar role with relevant examples
  • A strong understanding of B2B technology and IT products, developing existing ones and taking to market new ones
  • Have experience in leading small teams and being hands on
  • Ideally have previously worked in a similar fast growth technology business where you have played an integral part in its growth success
  • Be a strong communicator, data driven, analytical with excellent presentation skills
  • Be comfortable presenting to board level with business cases to create new products and developing existing ones
  • Be happy to work remotely, and travel to their Northern office when required. Ideal locations Manchester, Leeds, London, Birmingham, etc
