We are recruiting for a fast-growing SaaS platform provider that is increasingly standing out in its field of real-time System Integration, Data Management and Analytics. Established for 8 years and now private-equity backed, the company is growing rapidly thanks to its solutions that provide accelerated digital transformation and a fast tangible ROI to its customers.

The company’s innovative and disruptive SaaS product provides system integration, a single view of data and reporting, business intelligence and analytics capability, all in real-time. Growing mainly through word of mouth, they have a busy sales pipeline and are now poised to hire their first dedicated sales professional.  

This unique opportunity would be perfect for someone who is looking to take on another executive sales role or someone who is ready to step up into their first Sales Director position. You will be fully supported and work closely with the founder-CEO to enable you to have a genuine impact from day one.

The role:

  • A key member of the leadership team and define and drive the sales strategy
  • Responsible for establishing sales processes and working towards revenue targets
  • Work on developing a strategy to target key verticals
  • Take a ‘hands on’ lead role with the goal of building out your team over time
  • Working closely with marketing to develop campaigns, events and promotional material
  • Feed back to the business and product team on market expectations and trends

Your profile:

  • A natural consultative sales style where you advise and work with clients to tailor the SaaS solution to their requirements
  • Comfortable in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms
  • Strong background in SaaS and/or consultancy skills
  • Skilled in establishing partnerships, alliances and channels
  • Worked in UK & European markets (USA also desirable)
  • Experience of system integration, data & digital transformation especially in B2C
