Projektleiterin ERP (SAP S/4 HANA)

We have partnered with a leading German Group, a household name in their sector, in their search for an S/4 Hana Programme Leader.

This will be a full time permanent role and the incoming programme director must be able to speak GERMAN and ENGLISH FLUENTLY. This a non-negotiable requirement -  I cannot emphasise this strongly enough

Flexibility with location will be required – travel across Germany will be essential.

The candidate will be a senior member of the IT programme management leadership team with board level reporting lines. The main areas of responsibility for this role will include but not be limited to:

• Management of a sizeable multiple million budget and management of the project team in terms of staffing and deciding where resources are going to be most effectively deployed
• Advising the business on activities for all process and data for the S/4 implementation across the core SAP modules, that is to say FI,CO, SD, MM and others
• Advisory work for the development of the S/4 template 
• Supporting the change management initiatives associated with this project – take the business on the journey, embedding the change and ensuring it is understood why the business is embarking on this programme
• You will have significant input with regards to the design and execution of the project, with regards to the IT service providers that will be used and which external advisors should be participating in the project

In terms of professional experience, the programme director:

• Must have experience of having worked in an S/4 Hana project management environment and a track record of delivery in this area
• Will be a subject matter expert in managing business change and IT  transformation.
• Must have experience of having worked on ERP / SAP end to end life cycle implementation assignments – these projects will most likely have been international roll-outs of SAP
• Must have strong, consulting project management skillset / i.e may have previous top-tier consultancy company background
• Must have significant experience with SAP delivery and consulting partners - managing these relationships accordingly 
• Must be collaborative, solution-seeking individual who is able to drive business change – which in this case will be led by the S/4 Hana solution and deliver value for the orgnisation
• Must have a customer-focussed approach
