We are looking for a Business Readiness Planning Project Manager to support the role out of training, testing and new transition phase for the emergency contact/call centre.

Role: Business Readiness Planning Project Manager

Location: Midlands

Start: ASAP

Rate: GBP400 per day (Ltd co)

Duration: 6 months initially

Duties:

• Deliver training, and work with the client to support the training plans for staff
• Facilitating training sessions may also happen, ie making sure the right people are in training at the right times
• The training will likely be staggered, so will need to engagement with the business in making sure this runs smoothly
• Good stakeholder management is essential, this role will walk people through the journey, so will need to understand training manuals, WIKIS etc
• Pressured environment due to the nature of the call centre

Essentials:

• Call Centre experience
• Business engagement/training background
• Technical training knowledge, delivering a training plan and all the components that are in place
• Business engagement, can work with operational teams, acting as a triage between training, testing and systems
