Interim Chief Digital Officer - Financial Services

Our client is a market-leader in the retail financial services sector and very much a challenger in their routes to market with digital being the focus of growth over the next few years. With private equity backing, there is considerable investment to support a robust and challenging digital strategy which brings profitable new launches to the market supported by the right service delivery. To spearhead this key area, our client needs to find, initially on an interim basis for 6 to 9 months, a dynamic individual who can demonstrate:

• Senior level digital strategy development and delivery
• Identification of new digital distribution routes to market for existing and new products
• Significant experience within REGULATED consumer financial services, in particular challenger banks but could also come from other areas such as consumer insurance or private banking
• Wholly credible in the space of CDO with sufficient technical knowledge to lead a significant, already established, team across the business
• Understanding of robust project management methodologies such as Agile
• Available to start immediately (by mid-July)
• Open to day rate and fixed term contract options for the right individual
• Possible temp to perm opportunity after initial deliverables have been met
