Chief IAM Development Lead. Candidate will be will be responsible for establishing road-maps and strategy for IAM. You will work closely with product owners to help identify prioritization of back logs that will correspond with the target state of IAM. Hands on development and mentoring of others is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and run IAM platform
• Work with our Architecture, Risk and Information Security teams to deliver an end-to-end solution to drive
• Design collaboration and code reviews
• Develop strategy and target state architecture and ensure proper implementation
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated from the Operations team and develop short term and long term strategy
• Responsible for availability and performance of the platform
• Mentor and train employees and lead by example

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security with preference for IAM services and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years of IAM or architecture experience
• 3+ years of experience in AWS and GCP in an Enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge in Linux, Networking and Databases
• Strong knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code deployments architecture
• Experience with Scripting
• Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs
• Experience being a technical lead in an enterprise
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management technologies
• Solid understanding of NIST framework, GDPR and CCPA
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
