Our client based in Essex are recruiting for a Head of Risk & Legal Services.

The Head of Risk and Legal Services will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust Trust wide risk management and legal services function covering a large number of geographic locations and a wide variety of service settings. This includes a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the provision of comprehensive advice and support to all staff and senior management in the management of risk and of all Litigation Claims (claims) and requests for information received under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and General Data Protection Regulation 2016/Data Protection Bill 2018 (DPA), ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.

You must have NHS experience.
