Job Description

As a home based Global Sales Director you will be accountable for the following:

  • Monitor, develop and manage the strategic sales direction of company effort
  • Define a strategic brand plan in association with global marketing director which upholds luxury & aligned positioning of brands whilst achieving a strong & targeted penetration
  • Oversee the tactical sales, marketing & training plan in each division
  • Motivate and manage performance amongst senior sales team to ensure KPI's are delivered
  • P&L management to support in delivering operating profit to plan
  • Commercial planning to appraise new opportunities & ROI
  • Definition and attendance of industry conferences and events in both UK and globally

The Successful Applicant

You will likely have the following experience:

  • At least 10 year solid experience in the Aesthetics industry in a similar role
  • Commercial P&L responsibility
  • Proven network across consumer, retail and cosmetic accounts
  • Exposure to global sales environment & distributor management
  • Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration across a portfolio
  • Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines and outputs required due to the fast moving pace of the industry and brands
  • Desire to work within a small but dynamic entrepreneurial company and be a KEY player in overall company success.
  • This is a very "hands on" role, and anyone working for the business will be expected to be very proactive and responsive
  • Inspirational leadership skills

What's on Offer

This contract will be home based. Alongside that there is an excellent package with a strong performance driven OTE
