Our client is a market leader in it's sector, renowned for its innovation and excellent service levels, with a deep legacy of loyal customers. Backed by their PE owners they are now seeking their next period of growth, looking to strengthen and broaden both the product and service mix by adding exceptional talent to their leadership team.

This is an superb opportunity with the potential to convert temp to perm.

The Role

The successful candidate will:
-lead on all commercial activities, covering occupancy optimisation, yield management, revenue enhancement, margin optimisation supplier and partner selection
-develop and deliver a strategy focused on New Product Development
-drive a data driven, analytical approach to revenue and margin optimisation 
-work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to deliver exciting new customer propositions
-bring a data driven, metric-based approach to NPD looking at cost of customer acquisition, repeat business rates, margin and profit yield
-assume full operational leadership of the commercial team

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:
-have a strong track record in commercial roles within the Travel, Hotel or possibly Leisure sectors, including airlines, cruise lines and rail
-have operated at Chief Commercial or Chief Revenue officer level
-comfortable working at board level, this role reports directly into the CEO
Timelines
The assignment is due to start early July 2021 and will be offered on an initial 6-month contract basis, likely to be FTC.
