Our client has recently appointed a new CTO and is now looking for a Head of Technical Delivery to be accountable for the delivery of software and hardware pipelines, delivery approach, delivery transformation within Product Engineering, plus managing a number of Cloud and Mobile App Engineering teams and reports directly into the CTO.

The successful Head of Delivery will have the following background and experiences:

• A software delivery background
• Experienced in SaaS transformation projects
• A mature view of Agile and is willing/happy to take a traditionally non agile business agile.
• Commercially aware of compliance particularly around security, risk management, ISO compliance
• Is able to galvanize, build and develop teams, who help to "take them on a journey", and to manage third party suppliers.
• Is comfortable scaling a business up and down using 3rd party as and when needed
• Act as the voice of the customer - ensuring that their customers are understood and that people understand The Why? as well as the technical.
• You have a growth mindset, love working collaboratively and takes ownership of outcomes
• Responsible and capable of leading a team of cross functional engineers (15- 20 people)
