Working with Global Leadership Team, Global Process Owners and software vendors to deliver a complex, global ERP and Business Transformation Programme

Description
Programme Management of ERP implementation and Change & Transformation Management
Support the regular reporting of key active projects through to the Group Leadership Team ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate any deviations from plan
Evaluate the project / business requirements.
Formulate a detailed project plan as the Transformation Programme Manager (Global ERP Project)
Set schedules and milestones
Establish project scope, objectives, specifications and quality benchmarks
Communicate project parameters, policies and processes
Set expectations for all stakeholders
Implement comprehensive project documentation
Build the team needed to finish the project
Formulate and deliver the project plan
Keep teams highly motivated
Manage change and collaborate with global stakeholders
Monitor progress of the projects and reporting to the board
Close the project
Profile
Must have experience in a Global ERP Implementation (role does NOT require Technical knowledge of ERP)
Must have prior expertise working as Transformation Programme Manager (Global ERP Project)
Superlative communication skills and cultural awareness, able to work collaboratively with teams in US, Asia, Africa and Europe
Self motivated and able to work autonomously
Highly engaging with passion for building relationships to help deliver business outcomes
Able to work with Leadership teams through to people on the "shop floor"
Demonstrable track record in successully delivering complex business change programmes in time on on budget
Able to travel to East Midlands 2 times per week and occasionally globally ('Go-Live' stage of implementations)
