Corporate Finance Advisory - Senior Analysts / Associates

Our client is a leading corporate finance boutique, founded over a decade ago by Partners with significant experience at a range of leading global investment banks.

This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with senior partners from the outset, allowing you to gain meaningful client exposure, including at board level, from the outset.

Our Senior Analysts and Associates take on significant transaction responsibility at a far earlier stage than elsewhere, with the opportunity to work on transactions across the spectrum, from high profile public company deals ranging from £100m to £1bn+. The team also acts as a strategic advisor to FTSE250 Boards, works with private equity clients and manages restructuring mandates. The firm has strong international connections and more than half of all deals are cross-border.

The core role is to assist the Partners in all aspects of deal execution, from research through to financial analysis and modelling as well as helping to drive and support Partners with business development initiatives. The team structure is such that there is a real opportunity to progress quickly based on performance, with a proven route to Partnership for new Associates, and much quicker than available at larger institutions.

Successfull candidates will need to demonstrate a very strong academic background and at least some experience in another client advisory role. Prior work experience in a deal related role is essential, ideally in an international accountancy firm. All candidates need to show commitment to delivering the highest quality work and client service, with a proactive approach and high levels of motivation. The role also requires a highly flexible approach and the ability to be a team player, along with first class interpersonal and communication skills.
