Job Details
Key Outcomes of assignment:
* Demonstrating quantifiable benefit to our clients from the services we develop, implement and deliver continued growth wherever possible
* Delivering a cost effective, value adding, flexible Planning and Controls service provision across all areas of the Life-cycle
* Identifiable measures to demonstrate we have a highly qualified, engaged, satisfied and ambitious team working with us
* Instil confidence from the wider business that we deliver a value adding service
* Be able to demonstrate how we attract and retain the best possible planning & controls resources available
Experience Required:
* Must have extensive heavy industry experience (15+ years in planning and controls minimum)
* Demonstrable Senior Management experience is essential
* Degree Qualified in Engineering, Programme Management, or associated topic.
* Professional Project, Programme or Portfolio Management accreditation preferred. (PMI, APM, MSP or Axelos)
* Expert user in Oracle Primavera Enterprise Solution. Ideally with experience in setting up system architecture to manage projects, programmes, and portfolios
* Understanding and conversant with MRP systems
* Determining resource levels to meet schedule requirements. Profiling, levelling and monitoring is preferred
* Schedule maturity assessment, in accordance with APM core competencies essential
* Expert Risk Practitioner with full understanding of quantitative and qualitative risk analysis
* Exposure to Primavera Risk, @Risk or Safran software is necessary
* Involvement in APM SIG's an advantage
