Our client is a UK headquartered Services Group, with global operations.

  • As Interim Integration Director, you will own the integration of multiple acquired businesses
  • Driving value and synergies, via the integration of systems and processes; cross functionally
  • You will drive the day to day management of post-acquisition integration programmes to ensure delivery of key milestones
  • Driving performance metrics including revenue and cost synergies

The successful candidate will have the following profile:

  • Proven experience of integrating acquired businesses / post-merger integration (PMI)
  • Relevant sector experience is not required, however experience of operating in a Services industry is useful
  • A hands on operator, who will drive change
  • You will be proactive, organised, and able to plan and drive execution of key deliverables across multiple projects

Location: South East

Day rate: up to £1,000

Duration: circa 6 to 12 months
