Privately owned Retailer in Yorkshire are looking to hire an Interim Group Reporting Project Manager for a 6 month period, to support their growth plans.  Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice during a group consolidation system implementation project .  During the assignment, the expectation is that you will spend 2/3 days per week in their offices, with the rest working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of a group-wide multi-currency consolidation system
  • Project manage the initial statutory reporting process set up in the new system, followed by management reporting
  • Ensure the set up of the system is in line with IFRS accounting standards
  • Help to ensure that all finance users are fully trained on the system in time for go-live

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong international group reporting experience in a multi-currency setting
  • Previous experience of leading the implementation of a similar system
  • Hands-on and experienced individual, able to work autonomously
