Role:

We are engaging with an innovation-driven Technical Project Manager to drive work on our retail client's Product driven innovation that requires new architectures on our client's Hadoop Big Data platform. We need someone to deliver new ingestion methods, migrate new end-users to Hadoop and to modernise Legacy spreadsheets. Our TPM must be well organised, with good communication across end-user and internal application teams. Flexibility is key in order to preserve delivery dates and the individual must be business and service focused to ensure users get the service that is required.

Skills:

Must Have: Proven TPM within retail company or similar for 5yrs+. Successful delivery of app engineering projects where Product, Engineering and end-user are working closely together. Must be familiar with Jira. Good written and verbal communication skills required, and ability to switch from detail to summary descriptions. A strong individual with structured approach is needed, able to lead concurrent delivery of multiple projects at different phases.
