Salesforce Delivery Director - Remote (UK)

Method Cloud is partnered with a Gold Partner who are looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Director as a key strategic move as they expand the business.

This Partner has been operating at a level of excellence over the last few years, and as a Salesforce Delivery Director, you take ownership of the existing team and project pipeline, and helping the group move to that "next level" as they pursue a Platinum status. You will be responsible for both Consulting and Delivery excellence, driving commercial value to the companies client base.

To succeed as Salesforce Delivery Director, you will need to have a strong technical and programme management skill set and be ready to demonstrate what good looks like to the more junior members of the team.

As Salesforce Delivery Director you will assist the team in all areas of career growth and working with different business areas to drive maximum customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for client delivery and act as the escalation point for all projects within your team.

While our client is a stat-up, you will need to be comfortable having commercial discussion with Enterprise customers, and will take part in Pre-Sales activities to scope large programmes.

Requirement

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce product suite
• Proven background as a Salesforce Consultant
• Technical expertise across Salesforce products - CPQ, FSL Pardot, Billing etc
• Proven experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time
• Clear ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Experience defining strategy, understanding clients' business process, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
• At Least two Salesforce Certifications (minimum)
• Agile or PRINCE2 Certification is an advantage
• Ideally have experience in launching Apps
