Our client, a leading FMCG business requires an experienced Sales Order Management Analyst with in depth experience of business process modelling of Sales order processing/orchestration for an ERP finance implementation. Reporting into the Programme Manager you will ideally possess strong supply chain/distribution business process modelling expertise within large and complex international projects.

Services Delivery Overview:

Business process modelling for sales order processing/orchestration and peripheral business processes.

Business process modelling consultancy around tool selection for the exercise.

Gap fit analysis facilitation and provision of good business practice advice in sales order processing/orchestration and peripheral business processes.

Solution design validation against business process model blueprint and any approved gaps.

Specific Deliverables:

Business Process Models:

o Validated business process models for sales order processing/orchestration and peripheral business processes.

o Delivered in a tool that facilitates sustainable business ownership and evolution.

Delivered Gap Analysis:

o Validated, minimized approved gaps to be solutioned, per market in scope.

Validated Solution:

o Business sponsor approval of solution design.

Likely Expertise and Attributes Required:

Background of management/leadership experience in industry, in customer service/distribution/supply chain arena.

Demonstrated delivery of business analysis services in the context of an ERP/IT landscape transformation, and in large scale, global or multinational programs. ie SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle,.

Previous industry sector service delivery within FMCG environments preferred.

Skilled communicator and facilitator, able to drive fragmented perspectives to a consensus.

A commitment to the highest quality of results, delivered with unstinting commitment to tight and challenging deadlines.
