Description

I am currently recruiting for Behavioural Economics Manager with a global professional services firm in London. You will:

  • Provide behavioural economics advice and share expertise to the wider team, the firm and to external

stakeholders and clients

  • Originate thought leadership and create ideas for new research that advances the firms Behavioural Economics

offering

  • Managing junior staff on projects, between 2-5 at any one time
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff and upskilling them to aid their progression
  • Authoring reports based on client commissions
  • Leading monthly team tutorials on behavioural economics thought leadership to benefit the whole team
  • Seek opportunities to take behavioural economics to clients and support the development of the team's 'go

to market' plan across various industries

Profile

● Strong academic background and a Masters level qualification in behavioural economics, behavioural
science, experimental economics, applied psychology, social data science or a related discipline from a
leading university
● 3-7 years experience (dependent on role) in consulting or internal advisory roles that employed behavioural
economics; could be within either a public, private or regulatory environment
● Ability to provide general guidance on how to change or improve a programme or project based on
behavioural science insights and/or methodology
● Ability to originate thought leadership and creative ideas for new research
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Fluency in spoken and written English is a key requirement

Job Offer

£60,000 - £80,000 PA DOE, car allwoanve and bonus
