Job Details
Our client is a small but fast growing well funded PE backed Technology led business operating in a highly dynamic market environment. With significant aspirations of growth, the business has identified the need to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer to the Executive team, reporting to the CEO.
The role will be pivotal to the future success and exit trajectory. It has day to day responsibility for driving all strategy, sales & marketing, customer service/acquisition/retention, product areas for the business.
We are looking for an experienced and highly commercial leader who can identify opportunities for growth and execute on a tactical and strategic level. It will require a real hands on approach, with strong sales and marketing flair and experience within a consumer/subscription led business where the focus is on acquisition and long term retention.
This is a hugely exciting time for the business and for the right candidate there will be an opportunity to join the management incentive plan.
