CRM - Technical Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Champion - You are to be the platform specialist or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the client's CRM Marketing platforms - Primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot.
  • Lead on all technical aspects of CRM Marketing owned platforms (Legacy SFDC, SFMC x 2 & Pardot x 2, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code.
  • Owns the investigation and fast resolution of defects and technical blockers.
  • Responsible for developing in AmpScript, HTML, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
  • Understand the processes, procedures, and needs of our users to support designing solutions to our development requirements.
  • Work with External Agencies & consultants to deliver functional requirements, and guide the smooth delivery of their work in order to complete the sprint.
  • Support the training and understanding of CRM teams in the company and their technical development.

Profile

CRM - Technical Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • 4+ years previous development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Pardot (Certification a plus).
  • Solid understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
  • Detailed experience writing AmpScript, HTML, SQL, Journeys, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Demonstrative success with multiple integration projects.
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users.
