Description
As the Head of Product and Marketing, you will be the focal point and knowledge leader on product, price, proposition and promotion, as well as the following:
Define and execute the product roadmap
Test and measure product changes and implementation
Set pricing policy
Work collaboratively with other functions to achieve product launches
Conduce market research and sales analysis
Manage existing partners
Lead the product and marketing functions
Deliver marketing plan
Profile
The successful Head of Product and Marketing will be based out of the Lancashire offices, but have some agility around remote working
You will be high energy, and an enthusiastic team player with a passion to deliver solutions.
You will need to be able to demonstrate
Degree level experience
5+ years working as a Product Manager ideally within an engineering business
Experience of conducting market research, as well as competitor and sales analysis
Experience of managing road maps and marketing plans
Effective communication skills and excellent presentation delivery
Very strong commercial acumen
An influential leader
Proven analytical skill and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Strong organisational and time management skills, working to deadlines and roadmaps
