Michael Page are proud to be exclusively partnering with TPT Retirement Solutions recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a real opportunity for someone who is looking to make a mark and wants to drive customer engagement.

As part of TPT's marketing team you will work with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy that supports the business and operational plans.

You will help develop TPT's brand image, building its reputation by increasing awareness and understanding of the products and services on offer.

This will include improving the effectiveness of acquisition activity, as well as building engagement with existing employers and members - helping to make membership worthwhile.

Overview of the role

  • As the lead Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy that supports the business and operational plans.
  • As a strong marketing & communications leader, you will help to build TPT's reputation as well as brand image, by increasing awareness and understanding of the products and services on offer. This will include improving the effectiveness of acquisition activity, as well as building engagement with existing employers and members.
  • You will lead on marketing communications and campaign activity to help support major business projects and have a proven track record of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • As an experienced marketing professional, you will support the team and help deliver marketing activities across traditional and digital media channels.
  • You will design, develop and deliver integrated marketing and brand campaigns, as well as managing external agencies in supporting their delivery.
  • You will be able to operate at a strategic operational level, managing key stakeholders and be able to build and maintain effective relationships, playing a key role in helping to drive the business forward.

Profile

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will need to be commercially minded with a proven track record of operating at a senior level.

  • You will have at least 8 years marketing experience at a strategic and operational level, be familiar with brand management and acquisition through traditional and digital media channels.
  • You must have experience of customer and business marketing (B2B and B2C) and you would have worked in a regulated environment which is essential for this role.
  • You will have experience of planning / executing integrated marketing campaign's, leading the development and delivery of campaigns that deliver messages across channels to meet the needs of multiple audiences and market segments
  • You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships across TPT and with external partners. You would have previously worked with multiple stakeholders at an Executive level.
  • You will have extensive project management experience with the ability to lead the delivery of complex, communication-led projects and demonstrate significant business impact.
  • You will help plan, supervise and support the work of members of the marketing team as well as being able to work using your own initiative. As well as bringing the right skills to TPT, you'll also always enhance our culture and act as an ambassador for TPT
  • You will have a proven track record of working at a strategic level, whilst having to be hands on at an operational level, as required.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or PR related degree is essential

Job Offer

Competitive Salary + Bonus (7.5% OTE - 15% max)

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be dependent on experience (35 hours/week). We can also offer you an excellent reward package that includes:

TPT are located in modern city centre offices that are close to the rail station and parking facilities.
