Our client is looking for an Interim CFO within a rapidly growing PE-backed SaaS Technology business, based in London.
Responsibilities will include:
Full financial management including cash and EBITDA management in a leveraged business. Management of the financial reporting, the audit process and full financial and fiscal compliance and planning.
Financial strategy, growth and business partnering.
Manage the M&A process from origination completion to integration.
Stakeholder management with investors.
Manage the FP&A and Business Intelligence functions, ensuring data is used as a tool to further grow the business.
Person Requirements:
You will be an ACA qualified accountant or equivalent.
Have a track record of leading a finance function within a SaaS-based business or subscription software business.
Experience working within a PE-backed business.
Experience of working within a leveraged structure.
M&A / scale-up experience.
