We are looking to appoint an inspiring Pro-Vice-Chancellor for EDI, who shares our values and sense of purpose and who will be at the heart of leading, evolving and driving forward our EDI agenda, ensuring that EDI is effectively enshrined in all that we do.

Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and a member of the University Executive Board, we are seeking an exceptional individual, with proven leadership experience, vision and a record of driving and delivering impactful cultural change. The successful candidate will bring high levels of emotional intelligence, a collaborative approach, and deep insight into the emerging national and international trends, opportunities and challenges relating to the equality and diversity landscape.
