Our client is a UK headquartered Technology business with significant international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistent HR service to drive the strategic and operational needs of the group
- Develop strategies and techniques to identify, select and recruit top talent
- Ensure that the group is made aware of and kept up to date on key legislation changes
- Build HR process improvements group wide
- Development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy, ensuring a structure fit for purpose to lead a transformation programme
- Organisational design of the business, implementing structural, capability and headcount alignment
- Develop the engagement strategy and the retention of talent
- Focus on talent management and performance management for a rapidly changing organisation
Candidate Profile:
- Hands on, proven HR professional with leadership experience in an international group
- Experience as HR Director within a SME environment or as a Divisional HR Director within a large company / blue chip environment
- CIPD qualified / equivalent
- Relevant industry experience is not a pre-requisite, however knowledge of the Technology / Data / Digital / Media / Gaming space is desirable
- Gravitas to manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive, self-motivated and driven character with a clear desire to succeed
- Proven track record in driving significant change and improvement
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the business

Duration: circa 6 months
Remuneration: circa £150,000 (pro-rata) + benefits
