I am working with a Global Consultancy who need a very strong Application Progamme Manager for a 12 month FTC which is fully remote here in the UK. I am looking for someone that has strong experience across digital transformation projections which have a focus across application rather than IT. Projects across Application support are going to be crucial, they are not after people who have just focused on IT transformation.

They are doing a 2 stage interview process and offering a salary of GBP75,000-GBP85,000 for the 12 months. There is also a high chance this will extend or move to another team due to sheer size of the company!

The Role:

• Setting the team up for success as a Programme Manager:
• By managing the end-to-end programme, you will manage the smooth transition of services into our Pensions Administration platform, and/or lead on internal projects
• Dealing with a number of internal stakeholders
• As this is dealing with Employee Benefits and Pensions there is large amounts of data involved

What you'll be doing:

• Manage a programme of projects from conception to completion
• Create and maintain key project documentation such as PIDs, Project Plans and RAIDs achieving Client Sign off
• Governance framework approach, stage and quality gates management (Prince2)
• Interact with clients and internal teams, prepare and chair internal and external steering groups
• Track progress against planned deliverables using ePMO
• Project financial, quality, and benefits management and tracking
• Resource management across the project team
• Project assurance activities and project closure

What we're looking for:

• An experienced Programme Manager working with established methodologies and project life cycles within an IT Digital Transformation Programme.
• Client focused, with strong communication skills, relationship management and organisational skills.
• Project Management Qualification in Prince 2 or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of Project Management administration systems (eg ePMO, Planview, Clarity etc.).
• Can evidence experience of end to end project management of large scale, complex projects.
• Can demonstrate the ability to create effective project documentation such as PIDs and specs

They can interview as early as next week! As a reminder it is a 2 stage interview process and they are offering a salary of GBP75,000-GBP85,000 for this 12 month FTC.
