We have an exciting new opportunity for Head of Service Management to join a leading Financial Services company, in central Bristol

The Head of Service Management is an exciting new role that will lead the Service Integration and Management capability.

Working alongside the wider IT management team, this role will transform the way they deliver and manage technology services throughout their life cycle and drive continuous service and process improvement.

Your experience will include:

*Extensive experience in a service management leadership role where you've led and driven a service culture.
*Track record of creating and implementing service management processes and driving continuous service improvements.
*Experience of identifying automation opportunities and deploying technology to drive service improvement whilst optimising cost.
*Experiencing of engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
*Excellent communicator, influencer, and collaborator.
*Service management frameworks such as ITIL or ISO20000
*IT control frameworks such as COBIT.
*Common service management platforms such as TopDesk, Clearwell and ServiceNow.
