Description

As the Head of Product Operations, London, you will play a key role in developing and executing frameworks, processes and communication to drive effective outcomes across multiple business functions.

The acountabilities are wide spread in this newly created position, with the key ones as:

• Executing, managing and delivering large complex projects across multiple teams and disciplines in an efficient and effective way.
• Defining the operational strategies, behavioural changes, and overall tactics required to achieve the OKR's and business goals.
• Evaluate the product organisations inefficiencies, use previous experience in implementing complex change through a hands on approach to drive the execution.
• Continually improve product operations processes.
• Unlock product growth through improving all key workflows, reporting and implementing the required tools and systems.
• Create and develop product manager and onboarding processes.

Profile

The Head of Product Operations, London will have:

• A strong Product Management background, with experience in delivery, operations, implementing and owning product operations, mapping and executing product processes across businesses.
• Prior experience working for a complex technology business, ideally both in a public listed company and start up environment.
• Excellent EQ, communication skills and high collaboration skills.
• Excellent experience working cross-functionally, building relationships and influencing through collaboration internally and externally across all organizational levels.
