Job Details

As the Interim HR Manager, your main responsibilities will be to drive the following activity:

  • Develop programmes to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
  • Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the company culture
  • Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the management team each month and make recommendations to improve the company's current offerings
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods to improve overall employee satisfaction
  • Work with Management team to assess need for new office accommodation and combining lock-up in one place
  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations

As such, we will be seeking the following experience/attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business field
  • 10+ years experience in a human resources management position
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of HR Breathe software preferred (not essential)
