A fit-out & interiors contractor is recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead on delivery of a £30m+ high spec hotel fit-out in London.

My client is a specialist fit-out contractor with operations across Europe and a strong recent track record of delivering high quality hotel fit-outs in London. A new £30m+ hotel fit-out in central London is live and installation will start in the coming months. As such there is a requirement for a Senior Construction Project Manager.

Description

As the Senior Construction Project Manager you will take the lead role in London for the business on this hotel fit-out. You will report into the Director of the organisation but ultimately be responsible for the delivery of the project. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interaction with the client and client's representatives to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Coordination with other contractors and specialists on the project
• Management of the fit-out programme with a close eye on quality of delivery and commercial management of the project
• Coordination with sub-contractors and management of installation through a Site Manager
• Oversight of key activities on site such as H&S audits

Profile

As a strong applicant for the Senior Construction Project Manager position you will:

• Demonstrate a background in successfully delivering hotel fit-outs
• Ideally possess high spec hospitality project experience
• Show a track record of delivering projects to completion
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all parties

You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work in central London. Ideally you will be able to start before July.
