Project Manager x 3 - Software Applications eCommerce Web projects

This role is for a hands on Project Manager with experience in delivering software application, eCommerce and web projects and programs within Agile/Waterfall/SAFe/hybrid delivery frameworks. The role will be to coordinate resources, plan project activity, manage project finances, deliver formal reporting, and management third party suppliers, vendors and Stakeholders.

3 Project Managers are required. 1 starting in May 2021, 1 in June 2021 and 1 in July 2021

Assignment till December 2021, outside IR35.

Your experience in this area should be clearly detailed on your CV along with specific detail of managing 3rd suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of the assigned Work Packages within the program
Manage Stakeholders and disparate interests
Manage the delivery of change across a complex architectural estate
Engage with multiple stakeholders across different part of the organisation and drive the creation, refinement and execution of the project plan within the assigned Work Packages.
Interpret the Business Case and convert into a PID
Responsible for creating and maintaining the key project documents
Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, issues and opportunities on a daily basis
Ability to forecast and estimate budgets
Manage conflicting requirements and iron out ambiguities
Manage the project resource requirements, requests and project team activities
Manage third party involvement to ensure successful project delivery
Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports on project progress
Liaise with and provide support and guidance to the business on project activities

Skills/Experience Required:

End to end Project delivery
Recent experience delivering complex enterprise level Software Application, Web or eCommerce projects
Proactive and quick thinking
Demonstrable experience in managing the integration of multiple Back End platforms into a transactional customer journey
Capable to navigate through process and delivery ambiguity across complex organisations, identify relevant gaps and align multiple stakeholders to a clearly defined delivery scope and project plan.
Significant experience in Agile/Waterfall/SAFe/hybrid delivery frameworks.
