Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote

GBP450 a day (Outside IR35)
Initial 3 month contract with likely further extensions
Proposed Start Date - Monday 10th May

General

1. Further workshops/meetings qualifying business requirements and refining them
2. Documenting/updating User Stories in Jira/Confluence
3. Documenting/updating business process
4. Data mapping activities
5. Working closely with Test Manager on UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, testing support activities
6. Supporting any implementation/rollout activities with the Business - user manuals, supporting Business Change Manager
7. Close working engagement/stakeholder management with Internal resource, Retailers, Development Teams, TTEC and Graymatter (Development Team)

Salesforce Areas

1. Areas of salesforce would be around case management, workflows, business rules, community portal (Correspondence, Compensation, Intelligent Knowledge Base (IKB)
