Technical Lead, Technical Project Manager, Payroll, HR, Financial Services, Workday

My client is a leading Financial Services organisation and has a requirement for a Project Manager/Technical Lead as part of a Payroll Transformation Programme. The role will work alongside the project team to ensure that all Technology aspects of the project are identified, assessed and understood. This will include Project Managing the delivery of technology change for the associated payroll changes. The successful candidate will have a strong proven delivery track record within a financial services organisation and HR transformational projects with a strong focus on payroll transformation.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong payroll transformation experience, gained from working in a Technology function
  • Experience and proven capability of working as a Project Manager within a Technology organisation and specifically working with payroll and HR-related technologies
  • Experience of managing complex, multi-year projects
  • In-depth experience of working within HR systems/technology is essential - significant payroll expertise is mandatory, especially with regard to integrations/architecture
  • Experience of Workday would be advantageous
