Senior Business Analyst (Life, Agile, Customer Journey)

Our client operates in the Life and Pensions industry and is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a new product launch.

Responsibilities include:

• Support high level assessment of new product
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders on key deliverables
• Assess 3rd party relationships
• Review the customer profile against product needs and requirement
• Evaluate Digital engagement and distribution processes
• Support Customer Journey development
• Review impact on other business functions

Skills/experience required:

• Requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in Financial Services, preferably Life & Pensions.
• Capable of supporting high level requirements assessment.
• Previous Agile delivery experience - ability to create user stories/epics
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrable experience working on product launch/proposition development projects
• Customer Journey improvement
