Senior Project Manager - Business Change & Integration - Bristol - Business change, integration, transformation, mergers & acquisitions, consultancy, project and programme management
This is a really interesting role to manage the end to end business change programme for a merger of two sizeable organisations. Involved from the early stages you'll engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority and build a roadmap and strategy to work towards agreeing and executing a new operating model for each department and function.
Ideal applicants will have experience of managing large/enterprise scale business change programmes and as a result of those battle scars and war stories, experience covering most of the following -
Assessing business impact
Strong and robust change management from planning to execution
Strong stakeholder management (C level down to operations teams) including forming and chairing steering groups and committees
Managing project teams
Building business cases for both approval and budgets
Identifying and mitigating risk and impact assessments
Initially the role will be a 9 month fixed term contract with potential extension and could lead to other opportunities across the business. Currently the role is remote but will eventually require semi-frequent UK travel. In return, a salary of up to GBP75k is on offer (pro rata'd and Dependent on experience) as well as a good benefits package.
