Role: Head of Product Design

Location: London based

Salary: GBP70,000-GBP80,000

My client are a global events business who have reinvented themselves during the pandemic to a very digital process. They are looking for a hands on, ambitious Head of Product Design to come in and work closely with the product team, including leading a UX/UI designer, this role will have scope to grow out a bigger team over time.

Responsibilities

• You will be hands on UX/UI designer as well as being a role model for the existing product designers.
• Design products that are in line with the business goals and strategy
• Work in a cross functional team and collaboratively with the product and delivery team
• Create a great user experience for web interfaces and applications
• Lead concept and design meetings
• Support business goals and product KPI through UX/UI design
• Understand the user needs
• Create design solutions

Skills

• Work in an agile team and environment
• Experience in team building and hiring
• Exceptional experience in UX/UI design, ideally web interfaces
• Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch & Marvel or similar
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS
