Is now the time to step up to your first Finance Director role?
I'm assisting a well-established business that is on the brink of an exciting period of change & growth, with their search for a Finance Director.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified (ACA/CA/ACCA) person who has gained experience as a Financial Controller and is now looking for their next step in their career.
On offer is an opportunity to work closely with the CFO in leading meaningful change and transformation of the Finance department as well as developing strong controls & mentoring an effective team.
The holder of this role is expected to be a hands-on person who leads by example & demonstrates high ethical standards whilst maintaining excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
If you feel that you have the technical knowledge to undertake a role at this level, and describe yourself as a self-starter who can demonstrate tenacity, resilience & lateral thinking, I would love to hear from you.
The role is based in Norwich City Centre & the company is planning a hybrid model of working, but more office presence will be required in the initial months (subject to regulations).
