My client is a market leader in their industry. They are experiencing significant Growth over the last few years with sites across the UK. They are within the Logistics Distribution and Supply chain sector.

Description

The Project Manager - (Paragon Specialist) Will be responsible for;

• A project to optimise transport network using paragon planning software underpinning the current roll out.

• Driving & Developing a local fulfilment initiative to ensure orders are fulfilled by the closest operating centre.

• Manage installation of a new automation & Sortation equipment for 2 sites

Profile

The Successful Project Manager - (Paragon Specialist) will have exposure to the following;

• Experienced in the deployment of changes with Automation & sortation Equipment
• Understand B2B operating Models
• Presentation skills and the ability to deliver Projects on time
• Project Management tools & techniques
• Proven practical application and development of Prince 2
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of managing Transport Optimisation via Paragon
• You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, in order to optimise site performance Project management and change delivery with a fundamental understanding of different project management methods
• An ability to quickly build valuable relationships that you leverage to take people with you through change
• Exceptional communicator at all levels of an organisation
• Experience building site operating models & Re-configurations
• Experience working at pace in a fast growth & dynamic business environment
• Commutable to sites across the UK and be willing to travel when necessary.

THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED FROM HOME with occasional travel mainly to Birmingham

Please note this role is for a 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Job Offer

The successful Project Manager - (Paragon Specialist) will receive;

Salary - £45,000 - £60,000

25 + 8 Bank holidays
