Are you an experienced and chartered Finance Director or CFO looking for a new permanent opportunity? I am working with a respected high-end developer who have a requirement for a driven professional to head up their Finance department.

This company are multi-faceted and are focused on delivering prime residential schemes across Surrey, Hampshire and London over the next 10 years. As a result of their consistently strong growth in recent years, they're searching for a Finance Director to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for ambitious Property candidates to join an established name and establish themselves in an extremely dynamic finance department.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Leadership of the company finance function

• Oversee of the production of statutory accounts and performance evaluation

• Bid pricing and appraisal of new investments

• Long term strategic planning and 5-year business plan development

• Determine optimal capital structure and control of inter-company cash flow

• Source alternative funding and working capital management including from international sources

• Experience of operating across multiple business streams

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in a finance leadership role

• Accountability for a P&L of over £50m

• An understanding of the Construction / Building / Property market

• Effective business partner with a commercial mindset that has credibility at Board level

• Excellent management skills, who can inspire and motivate more junior members of staff

• Prior experience in a matrix organisation would be preferred
