Interim COO Residential Heathcare with Schools
The role is an Interim COO for a residential Healthcare organisation that also has Schools. A key requirement for the role will be the experience of Children's and Adult service provision and understanding CQC and Ofsted regulation.
The role is Interim but could go permanent should you choose.
For the interim COO role the key focus for the first six months will be as follows:
Prepare/guide and train the business for inspections that are due.
Review and stabilise staff retention
Assess the onboarding process
Follow up with any staff that has not completed their NVQ level 3 and action a plan to complete.
Should the role progress from interim to permanent the longer-term requirements for the role are as follows:
Lead and develop a culture where safety quality and excellent care are consistently delivered.
Lead improvements to the delivery of the services for both children and adults provisions.
Ensure compliance with regulators and implementation of all quality objectives.
Monitor performance and management of sites where improvement is required.
Identify, address and mitigate any key risk that impacts on quality of delivery of the care services.
Provide strong leadership and be a member of the executive and contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.
