Acting as the IT Lead for the United Kingdom, working with a Global FMCG business on an exciting programme of initiatives encompassing ERP, CRM, Applications, Infrastructure and Service.

IT Business Relationship Manager opportunity working at a strategic level with a global team and with 'shop-floor' colleagues to generate a high ROI in IT Systems and Applications, fine-tuning business processes and bridging the gap between the business and the tech

Client Details

Global FMCG business embarking on an exciting growth strategy and looking for a UK IT Business Relationship manager to facilitate all IT / Transformation related initiatives, working as part of a larger, global team and with the support of strategic service providers

Description

Acting as the "go-to" person in the UK business for all IT related projects including ERP Migration projects, Salesforce CRM implementation project, on-prem - cloud project and many more exciting initiatives, with the support of a variety of service partners

Acting in an IT leadership position, making crucial decisions which will determine the success of the overall programmes of work

Support the current IT 'set-up' (Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP) and working with 2 key external service partners

Assisting in a key project to migrate from NAV into SAP and in delivering service & support thereafter

Supporting in the implementation of Salesforce CRM and delivering service & support thereafter

Providing input and helping devise the annual project plan for the organisation's IT

Manage and maintain local applications working with local partners - ideally, you will work with the business to assess and improve business processes, maturing them over time

Providing any additional IT support where possible with the help of service providers: Infrastructure, communications, networking, local servers, industrial and user devices

Profile

Ability to be on site in Norwich 2- 3 days per week post pandemic

Brilliant communicator and IT Business Relationship Manager, able to bridge the gap between the business and the technology

Previous experience working in a strategic IT role, partnering with wider business stakeholders to maximise the ROI in IT solutions, systems and business processes

Demonstrable ability to work with a broad range of business units and able to work as part of a global team across different countries, cultures and timezones (predominantly EU)

Supplier / Service Partner Management experience

Experience working in Project Delivery - this is not a hands-on project management role but rather a more strategic role to oversee the delivery of a number of exciting technology initiatives

Preferably, candidates will have previous experience of working with Cloud technologies and also ideally ERP and CRM Projects

Desirable - bi-lingual candidates would be at a good advantage - Spanish, French and Italian speaking skills may be beneficial

Job Offer

£60,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus + benefits + opportunity for EU travel post pandemic to Spain, France and Italy
