CFO

The opportunity

A VC backed technology business is seeking a CFO to oversee it’s further expansion across the US and into the EU. ARR has grown substantially in the last 3 years and has been purely organic, but the business will evaluate international M&A opportunities to increase market share and EBIDTA quickly. The company will continue to grow revenues through international expansion, new product development and through up-selling to existing clients before a transaction or exit for existing shareholders takes place.

The role

This is both a commercial and operational finance leadership role where you will need to be an insightful business partner, utilising data and MI to make informed strategic decisions. The business will likely go through another funding round or transaction in the next 12-18 months and therefore we are looking for an investor savvy CFO with corporate finance experience. You will need to ensure controls, systems and the teams scale with the business and will need to own and execute the 3 year plan.

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a high-growth international technology business
• Previous fundraising or exit experience is desirable
• Core understanding of SaaS based KPI’s (ARR, MRR, ARPU, customer churn etc)
