Globally expanding Food Manufacturing / FMCG business with offices in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and USA

Description

Acting as the "go-to" person in the business for all IT related projects including ERP Migration projects, Salesforce CRM implementation project, on-prem - cloud project and many more exciting initiatives, with the support of a variety of service partners

Support the current IT set-up based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and working with 2 key external service partners

Assisting in a key project to migrate from NAV into SAP and in delivering service & support thereafter

Supporting in the implementation of Salesforce and delivering service & support thereafter

Providing input and helping devise the annual project plan for the organisations IT

Manage and maintain local applications working with local partners - ideally, you will work with the business to assess and improve business processes, maturing them over time

Providing any additional IT support where possible with the help of service providers: Infrastructure, communications, networking, local servers, industrial and user devices

Acting in a leadership position, making crucial decisions which will determine the success of the overall programme of work

Profile

Must have superlative communication skills and business relationship management / partnering skills to forge relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple business areas and across different countries, timezones and cultures (UK, Spain, Italy, France)

Candidates must have demonstrable experience working in a broad IT BRM or Business Partnering role, alternatively candidates could have a strong track record working across multiple different areas of IT across their career and also have a level of gravitas to forge relationships

Ability to work effectively with Senior / Exec level stakeholders, various 3rd party suppliers and right down the business to people working on the "shop floor" - this role will suit someone with brilliant influencing and communication skills

Must have exposure to Cloud / ERP / CRM / Systems implementation or migration projects

Must have experience of 'bridging the gap' between what the business wants and what the IT is capable of

Constantly seeking ways to improve business processes, IT services, business change and internal comms with the organisation

Desirable skills will include people who are bi-lingual and have worked in global organisations before
