Description

Working across multiple group functions of a supply chain business on a very mixed variety of technology and strategic change initiatives

Forging relationships with business stakeholders to understand current processes and systems / technology capability, then working with wider team to design and deliver best-in-class and fit for purpose solutions

Eliciting requirements from the business and offering advice, whilst managing expectations to a mix of stakeholders

Working with Technology and Change teams to evaluate and review business cases for strategic change and investment in technologies

Ability to work on multiple projects at once and the ability to work with changing requirements / uncertainty / ambiguity

Working on a multitude of different projects; M&A, New customer on-boarding, ERP vs WMS, E-Commerce, B2B, B2C, Applications Infrastructure and process re-engineering initiatives

Profile

Expertise working in a IT Business Partner or Strategic Business Analysis position
Must have experience working in environments with ambiguity, changing requirements or uncertainty
Excellent influencing skills with the confidence to consult with people and manage expectations
Business-facing skills with a passion for technology and IT Solution design and delivery
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with Director level colleagues as well as 'shop floor' or end user colleagues
Seeking people with broad IT Solution delivery experience - initiatives may include M&A activity, E-Commerce, B2B / B2C, ERP/WMS and Business systems, Applications infrastructure activities and more

Job Offer

£50,000 - £60,000 + benefits + 2 - 3 days working from home
